The adapter is a great replacement for the female POL that is standard with the Sturgi-Stay or Sturgi-Flow product line. This adapter can screw into the outlet of the Sturgi-Stay or Sturgi-Flow allowing connection to a Type 1 tank connection while still allowing connection with a POL fitting as this adapter also comes with the internal female POL left hand threads.
